​1h30 to write an Instagram bio you are proud of

​Discover the 3, 2, 1 method to get out of your head and into action.

​This is not your typical workshop.*

​Because Instagram bios are such a big deal, many people overthink what to write and how to write it. Add in logistics like the word limit and the overuse of emojis and you have yourself a real pickle.

​In this workshop, we will release the pressure we are putting on this task. We will find the fun in the uncomfortable. We will use our bodies to get out of our heads.

​This will allow you to bring out your creativity and find your voice in order to write an Instagram bio that:

• ​is authentically you

• ​captures the attention

• ​allows Instagram to organically suggest your profile to the right people.

​You are encouraged to leave your laptops at home or in your bags in order to be fully present during the workshop. You will, however, be using your phones to write the finished bio.

​*This is not your typical workshop. Participants will be invited to stand, move and talk.

​The 3, 2, 1 method consists of starting with 3 ideas, doing 2 exercises and ending up with 1 action.

​Your facilitator: Anaïs Koen, an avid Instagram user who sees too many entrepreneur colleagues stuck on a task because of overthinking. I wish to show you how the answer lies in movement and not necessarily sitting at your computer. My motto: show up to rise up.
